SolidHealth.AI helps you understand your health better by pulling in your records from your hospital, clinic, or lab. Whether it’s test results, medications, or visit summaries, having it all in one place means clearer guidance and less guesswork. Here’s how to connect your provider and start syncing your data.
Step 1: Open the Menu Tap the three lines (☰) in the top-left corner of the app. That’s your main menu.
Step 2: Go to Settings From the menu, tap Settings.
Step 3: Tap “Connections” Inside Settings, you’ll see an option called Connections. Tap it to begin linking your health provider.
Step 4: Find Your Healthcare Provider Use the search bar to look up your hospital, clinic, or lab. Once you find it, tap on the name. You’ll be shown a screen where you can choose the exact location or branch of your provider.
Step 5: Log In to Your Provider’s Portal You’ll be taken to your provider’s login page—this might open in a new browser tab or window. Log in using your usual username and password.
If You Don’t Know Your Login Info (Help for Older Adults) It’s very common to forget your login info or not know if you’ve ever set it up. Don’t worry—there are simple ways to get help:
1. Try the “Forgot Password” or “Forgot Username” Links Most hospital websites have these right on the login page. Tap the link and follow the steps to reset your password or recover your username. You might need to: - Enter your email or phone number - Answer a few questions - Check your email or text messages for a reset link
2. Call Your Hospital or Clinic’s Front Desk This is often the easiest way. Just call and say: “I’m trying to log into my patient portal but I don’t remember my login. Can you help me reset it?” They’ll walk you through it or send you new login details.
3. Check Your Email or Text Messages Look for messages from your hospital or clinic. You may have received login info when you first signed up. Search for: - “Patient Portal” - “MyChart” or “NextMD” - Your provider’s name
4. Visit Your Provider’s Website Go to your hospital’s website and look for a link that says “Patient Portal” or “Login Help.” Many sites have instructions or even live chat support.
5. Ask During Your Next Appointment If you’re going in soon, ask the front desk or nurse to help you set up or reset your portal access. They can print your login info or help you log in right there.
Step 6: Give Consent to Share Your Data After logging in, you’ll be asked if you want to share your health data with Fasten Health, our trusted partner that helps fetch your records. You’re in control:
- You can choose which data to share.
- You can opt out of anything you’re not comfortable sharing.
- You can give access for up to 1 year—the longer the access, the better SolidHealth.AI can support you.
Your privacy matters: Your data will never be used for marketing or shared with anyone you haven’t approved. It’s only used to help you see and understand your health.
Step 7: Sync Begins Automatically Once you’ve given consent, you’ll be redirected back to SolidHealth.AI. The app will start syncing your records—this can take up to 24 hours. You don’t need to do anything else. Just sit back and explore the rest of the app.
Why Share More? The more data you share, the better SolidHealth.AI can help you understand your health, spot patterns, and give you meaningful support. But it’s always your choice.
